Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, distance, and carrier options.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days for in-stock items.
  • Perishables: Items marked as perishable may ship Mon–Wed with insulated packaging and cold packs when needed. Cold packs may arrive melted—this is normal if transit time was met.
  • Tracking: A tracking link is emailed when your order ships.
  • Address accuracy: Please double-check your address. We can’t replace orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
  • PO Boxes: Some carriers don’t deliver to PO Boxes; select an eligible method at checkout.

Local Pickup (Events)

No storefront (yet!). Choose Local Pickup at checkout when it’s available for upcoming events. We’ll email pickup details and a time window. Unclaimed orders are held for 7 days, then refunded (less payment processing fees) or converted to store credit—your choice.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Change or cancel: Email hello@taylorsboldbites.com within 12 hours or before you receive a shipping confirmation.
  • Preorders & limited runs: Estimated ship dates are shown on the product page. Mixed carts ship when all items are ready, unless otherwise noted.

Returns & Replacements

Because our products are food, we can’t accept returns or exchanges once items leave our kitchen. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

  • Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item(s).
  • Lost packages: If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, contact us and we’ll assist with a carrier claim and next steps.
  • Delivered but missing: Once a carrier marks an order delivered, loss/theft is outside our control. Check with neighbors and your local post office first; we’ll help where we can.
