When will my order ship?
Processing is 1–3 business days for in-stock items. Perishables may ship Mon–Wed.
Where do you ship?
U.S. only for now.
How does local pickup work?
Choose Local Pickup at checkout when available. We’ll email pickup time and location for the event.
Heat & Ingredients
How spicy are your salsas?
We label heat from Mild to Extra Hot. Check each product page for notes.
Are your products vegan/gluten-free?
Many are naturally so, but always check the product page and label. Cross-contact is possible in a shared kitchen.
Where can I see ingredients and allergens?
On each product page and the jar label. Email us if you need details before ordering.
Storage
How should I store my salsa?
Refrigerate after opening. Use within 2–4 weeks for best taste.
Can I freeze it?
Most salsas freeze well. Thaw in the fridge, then stir.
Problems with an Order
My jar arrived damaged—help!
Email photos of the box, packing, and jar within 48 hours. We’ll replace or refund as appropriate.
My package shows delivered, but it’s not here.
Check with neighbors or your local post office; carriers sometimes scan early. If it doesn’t turn up, contact us and we’ll advise next steps.

Email us within 12 hours or before the shipping confirmation hits your inbox.
